Calyx Builder (“we”, “us”) operates calyxbuilder.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us. When you submit our estimate request form, that includes your name, email address, phone number, project location and any project details you describe. Please do not send payment card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal information through this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers, and nothing is stored in your browser between visits. Because we do not track you, there is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.
How we use it
Your submission is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
A small number of providers help us run this site and handle enquiries: an email delivery service, a database that stores your enquiry so we can follow it up, and a website host. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party. They act under our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. We will name any of them on request.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed contractor. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
